About the process...

To commission your own custom piece of art, visit the "CONTACT" page to begin a conversation with me about the subject you would like painted, the size, your timeline, and to address any other questions or parameters you might have. Once we are ready to begin a project, photographs of the subject can be emailed to kendall@kendallconnor.com. If possible, I ask that you send three or more quality photographs to ensure the best result.

You can purchase your framing option (through website or check), as a deposit. When the project is complete I will send a final picture and when payment is received (again, can be purchased through this site or personal check), your custom artwork will be shipped to you!

A little bit about myself...

My first memories of painting are in the basement of the home in Illinois where I grew up. It was there that my mother set me up with a large pad, assortment of acrylic paints, and brushes and sponges accumulated from various projects. I remember the newfound feeling of freedom and creativity as I plunged into an activity all my own.

The years since have brought me to the east coast where I am inspired daily by the beautiful architecture and landscapes of Bucks County and the Main Line. I attended college on the Main Line and took a job in finance out of school. After working there for some time I decided that world was not for me. Soon after, I painted a slapdash portrait of the house I was applying to rent on a homemade envelope. The attempt to stand out was effective, and well received. This got the wheels turning, and the rest is, more or less, history.

I now get to enjoy that childhood freedom and creativity every day, and it is my privilege to be welcomed into your home.

When not painting I love to play tennis, cook, garden, play the guitar, and practice Italian.
